MySpace Updates Their iOS App

Posted Jun 13, 2013

MySpace has redesigned their iOS application with several new features that has not been available on the desktop or mobile version of the service in the past.

One of the newest features is a social radio function.  The social radio feature lets you stream music, discover new artists, and share songs with friends.

Another new feature is the ability to upload animated GIFs to your profile.  This feature used to be very popular with the classic MySpace profiles, but it is also one of the reasons for the company’s downfall.  People switched from MySpace to Facebook because the animated GIFs really slowed down their PCs.

You can download the MySpace app from the Apple App Store now.
