Need For Speed (NFS) is a series of racing video games that was published by Electronics Arts (EA).  Last year, it was announced that a Need for Speed movie was going to be filmed.  As of this week, the NFS movie started filming in downtown Macon, Georgia, according to local TV news station 13WMAZ.

The filming started at a local car wash and multiple streets in the area are being closed down for a few weeks.  Michael Keaton (BatmanBeetlejuiceMultiplicity, and The Other Guys) will be starring in the film.  Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad and Mission Impossible III), Dominic Cooper (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Captain America: The First Avenger), and Kid Cudi (rapper) are also starring in the movie.

The Need For Speed movie is about a street racer that was released from prison and joins a cross country race with revenge on mind.  An ex-partner of the street racer put a bounty on him at the beginning of the race also.

The movie is expected to be released on March 14, 2014.
