Trulia Inc (NYSE:TRLA) has revamped their iOS and Android apps. The new design highlights photos and the design is flatter. Saving house information is easier and the app makes it easier to find information about neighborhoods like school and crime statistics. Trulia director of mobile Steven Yarger said that the service has more users on mobile devices than on the desktop.
Over 60% of the company leads to real estate agents now come from mobile devices. Trulia is seeing around 14 million monthly unique visitors to their web and mobile properties.
Trulia recently hired a new chief marketing officer and will be launching a new TV campaign. It sounds likely that the mobile apps will play a major role in the new campaign.
