The $20 million Series B funding was led by Highland Capital Partners and MMC. Existing investors Eden Ventures and Notion Capital also participated. NewVoiceMedia has raised a total of $26.3 million after this round. Based in the United Kingdom, NewVoiceMedia will use the investment will go towards expanding into the U.S. It will also go towards product development. Laurence Garrett, a partner at Highland, will be joining NewVoiceMedia’s board of directors.

NewVoiceMedia also integrates live responses with customer record access. NewVoiceMedia helps businesses cut down their operating expenses and scale their physical contact center solutions.
NewVoiceMedia charges around $47 per agent per month with a minimum of 5 agents and 1 supervisor. NewVoiceMedia is seeing growth of 200% year-on-year and they are hitting a run rate of $15 million. Some of their customers include QlikTec, SHL, and PhotoBox.
