Nokia is considering selling their headquarters in Espoo, Finland. Nokia is interested in disposing of some of their non-core assets like real estate holdings. Nokia CFO Timo Ihamuotila said that the company has been exploring selling company-owned real estate to improve their balance sheet. Ihamuotila made it clear that they are not leaving Finland for their headquarters. Nokia’s headquarters could potentially sell for $258-$388 million. Nokia is one of the biggest manufacturers of Windows Phone devices and they have a massive deal with Microsoft.
