Opower could raise up to $116M in IPO

Opower may raise almost $116 million in its initial public offering (IPO), according to an SEC filing. The price range has been set to between $17 and $19. Around 6.1 million shares of common stock will be sold in the public market. Opower designs software to improve energy efficiency for utilities. The company is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with the ticker symbol “OPWR.” Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs will be the lead book-running managers for the offering.
