Oracle Corporation said today that they are acquiring online data management company BlueKai. BlueKai is known for collecting and analyzing online ad data to help advertisers personalize online and offline marketing campaigns.
Oracle has been spending big bucks on acquisitions lately. Oracle acquired Responsys for around $1.39 billion in December 2013 and Eloqua in December 2012 for $871 million. Last month Oracle acquired software-defined networking company Corente.
The financial details were undisclosed, but it is believed to be worth around $400 million.
