Internet radio company Pandora has announced their numbers for 2012.  Over 13 billion hours of music were streamed in 2012 across 1 million songs and 100,000 artists.  Pandora users created 1.6 billion stations and over 10,00 artists hit around 250,000 unique listeners.

“When we created the Music Genome Project thirteen years ago, we had a dual purpose: connect people with music they love and help talented artists find their audiences,” stated Pandora CEO Tim Westergren in a blog post. “We knew if we could get the first part right, the second would naturally follow.”

Pandora is available on over 1,000 devices and over 125 million of their users listened to the service on a smartphone or tablet.
