Proview Gets Sued By The Law Firm That Represented Them In iPad Trademark For $2.4 Million

Apple has agreed to pay Proview $60 million to end of the Apple iPad trademark lawsuit at the beginning of this month.  However Grandall Law Firm, the law firm that represented Proview in the case, has not received the check that their client promised them.  Proview agreed to pay Grandall 4% of Apple’s settlement fee, which is $2.4 million.  Proview founder Yang Rongshan reported to Sina Tech that Grandall’s behavior is “nonsense.”  He said that his company is not obliged to pay back immediately since it is not under normal operation right now.  Yang did promise that the company will not “pass the buck” though.
