Radish Systems Releases A ChoiceView Rest API To Make Customer Service Better

Posted Sep 6, 2012

Radish Systems has released REST API.  REST API allows for true voice with visuals mobile communications, which can easily be added to new and existing interactive voice response (IVR) systems.  IVRs are known as the automated customer service calls that you make that come as extremely annoying.

IVRs are known as being a pain-in-the-butt for callers, especially people on mobile devices that want easier and faster transactions.  The worst part is that some IVRs with long phone trees do not easily allow people to transfer to live agents.

Visual IVRs powered by Radish Systems’ ChoiceView cuts down call time and costs.  The visual IVRs offer a new opportunity for call center service level improvement.  Changing current IVRs to visual IVRs is a solution that provides ease of use and faster self-service with a better customer experience.

In an interview I told Theresa Szczurek, the co-founder and CEO of Radish:

“ChoiceView is interesting technology.  I like providing visuals to the end user and having the end users provide a visual, such as a photo, back to the company.  I am impressed with your business model.  You are the only company I know who is really solving the frustration of using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.  ChoiceView definitely solves a BIG problem,”

Setting up visual IVRs with ChoiceView is not difficult to implement.  ChoiceView is available as a general mobile app on Apple and Android devices.  An SDK and API is available RadishSystems.com.
