Acquires MySocialCloud

Posted Jul 24, 2013 has acquired MySocialCloud, a Los Angeles based startup that was created by brother and sister team Scott Ferreira and Stacey Ferreira along with Shiv Prakash. is an online platform that allows you to manage all of your logins in one simple and secure place in the cloud.  The financial terms of the deal was undisclosed.  MySocialCloud was backed by Richard Branson, Alex Welch, and Jerry Murdock.  They invested in the company while Scott Ferreira was still a student at the University of Southern California.

MySocialCloud started in 2011.  MySocialCloud’s “Cloud It” button gets installed on web browsers, which is used for automatically logging in to any website. acquired PaperKarma last month.
