The rumored Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iCloud music service is believed to have the ability to scan a user’s iTunes library and mirror it in the cloud. The music service is believed to be able to recognize if a song is in low quality and replace it with a higher-quality track. These features are similar to what Lala offered before Apple acquired them.

Apple has finalized deals with three of the major record labels. The fourth and final label is very close to be signing with Apple. Apple would be able to stream music to iPhones, iPods, iPads, Macs, and PCs.

iCloud would be able to be packaged with MobileMe. Apple MobileMe has the ability to sync contacts, email, and other data. MobileMe costs $99 per year.
