Samsung Electronics has announced a new camera called the SH100. The SH100 has WiFi capabilities so you can automatically back-up your photos. You can also view photos on DLNA devices. The camera can connect to Android-powered Galaxy S smartphones too.
With the Galaxy S, you can upload photos from your camera to photo-sharing websites. The Galaxy S turns into a viewfinder for the camera and it geotags your shots using the phone GPS. The SH100 is a 14-megapixel CCD (1/2.3-inch type) and it has a 26mm-equivalent wide-angle lens. The zoom is 5x optical. The LCD is 3 inches. You can buy this camera for $199.99 in March.
