In 1998, Sony introduced DualShock controller technology.  DualShock was used for the original PlayStation, the PlayStation 2, and the PlayStation 3.  Rumor has it that Sony wants to mix it up for the Sony PlayStation 4.  A source with Computer and Video Games that claims to work at a “senior game studio” working on an upcoming Sony game said that Sony will be introducing a revamped controller design for the Ps4.  Some of the features in the new controller will include a touchscreen and biometric sensors.
