Sprinklr raises $40 million in funding

Sprinklr is a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer that has raised $40 million in Series D funding from Iconiq Capital, Intel Capital, and Battery Ventures. Sprinklr also announced it is entering the social advertising market. Sprinklr currently helps with social marketing, PR, and customer care for companies like Microsoft, Virgin, Samsung, Bell, and Cisco Systems. Some of Sprinklr’s early paid media clients saw a 25% increase in ad performance.
