Swipely is a company that raised $7.5 million in a first round of funding. Swipely is essentially a social tool that can be used to share what you are buying. The model is very similar to Blippy.

Swipely was founded by TellMe co-founder Angus Davis. Investors include Index Ventures, First Round Capital, Greylock Partners, Chris Sacca, Keith Rabois, Anton Commissaris, and Ron Conway. LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman will be joining the board of directors at Swipely.
