T-Mobile Creates Launch Page For G2 Smartphone

T-Mobile, Google, and HTC are all working together on the T-Mobile G2. This is the first phone that will be built on T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network. The HSPA+ network brings 4G-like speeds to T-Mobile’s 3G network. The T-Mobile G2 website currently has a sign-up for for receiving G2 information. The new phone is expected to be released in the next few weeks.

The G2 succeeds the T-Mobile G1 which was the first Android-based smartphone that launched 2 years ago.The G2 has a 3.2 inch 320×480 resolution, but it does not have a physical keyboard.
