Tagboard acquires social media tool company TVinteract

Tagboard is a Seattle based social media company that has acquired TVinteract, which is a company that offers on-air social media tools for the broadcast industry. TVinteract founder and CEO Jenni Hogan, an Emmy-award winning interactive talent executive, will be joining Tagboard as chief media officer.

Tagboard was founded by CEO Josh Decker, COO Tim Shimotakahara, and CPO Sean Sperte. Tagboard aggregates social media content from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, and several others and offers curation/display tools for mobile and web apps and large-screen format screens such as stadium video boards.

Some of their clients include Microsoft, Intel, Jaguar, Boeing, Samsung, Nordstrom, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Boston Bruins.
