Sprint has launched a new Android-based phone called the Vital that retails for $100 with a two-year agreement. The Sprint Vital has a 5-inch display at 720p and it has a 13-megapixel rear camera. The Vital also has a 1.5GHz dual core processor, 4G LTE connectivity, 1 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and a 2,500 mAh battery.
The Sprint Vital was built by Chinese mobile manufacturing company ZTE. It is branded by Sprint and will their singular flagship Android phone. Consumers may be enticed to pick up the Vital over the Galaxy S4 and HTC One due to the pricing. The One and S4 start at $200 with a two-year contract while the Vital is $100.
The Sprint Vital is arriving on June 14th.
