When you sign up for a website like Facebook, Twitter, or TwitPic, you will notice that you have to agree to a terms of service.  Since most TOS agreements are so long to read, most people don’t end up reading them at all.  TOS;DR is a new project that stands for Terms of Service; Didn’t Read.  The people involved in the project goes through the long pages of agreements and breaks them down into bullet-points.  One of the most notorious agreements belongs to TwitPic.  TwitPic reserves the rights to keep your photos even after they are deleted and possibly use them for their own commercial purposes.  This is why they are rated “Class E.”  SeenThis and DuckDuckGo are two of the top rated services.
