ValueClick, Inc. (NASDAQ:VCLK) has agreed to acquire Chicago-based online ad company Dotomi for $295 million. ValueClick will pay $295 million in cash and stock. The deal will add over $80 million in revenue to their sales for the year. Dotomi has over 100 brands in their client portfolio.
The company has 160 employees and is led by CEO John Giuliani. ValueClick reported second quarter profits of $17 million. ValueClick’s revenue climbed to $125.1 million, which is up 26% during the same period one year ago. ValueClick also acquired Greystripe for $70 million earlier this year.
