Every time that Google upgrades their operating system, it does not necessarily mean that your Android phone will be updated to it. For example, Verizon upgraded 33% of their sub-2.2 phones to Froyo. Sprint updated 28.6% of their Android phoens to Froyo and T-Mobile only did 12.5% of their Android phones. AT&T did not upgrade any of their Android phones between June-December 2010. When looking at the handsets, HTC upgraded half of their devices to Froyo. Motorola upgraded 15.4% of their phones and Samsung was in third place at 11.1%.
