Yahoo! is now encrypting user e-mails by default

Yahoo! is now encrypting all e-mails for their users automatically using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means that it will be difficult for Yahoo! to be susceptible to government tracking. Privacy organizations have been asking Yahoo! to do this for over a year. Gmail made e-mails encrypted in 2008.
