YouTube To Host A Comedy Week Between May 19th and May 25th

YouTube has announced the first YouTube Comedy Week.  Comedy Week will feature stand-up routines, live shows, parodies, etc.  YouTube’s Comedy Week will run between May 19 and May 25th.  Some of the comedians that are participating in YouTube Comedy Week includes Vince Vaughn, Rainn Wilson, Sarah Silverman, Ken Jeong, Seth Rogen, Hannibal Buress, Craig Robinson, Ed Helms, The Lonely Island, Jeff Ross, KassemG, Key & Peele, Michael Cera, Norm McDonald, Reggie Watts, Ryan Higa, and The Onion.

?YouTube is the home of comedy for the next generation,? says YouTube?s VP of Marketing, Danielle Tiedt. “If you like to laugh, come join us during Comedy Week as we celebrate the best of comedy with sketches, pranks, stand-up routines, sit-down routines, parodies, blunders, fails, live shows and unexpected collaborations in a way that only YouTube can.?

YouTube Comedy Week will start streaming on May 19th at 8PM Eastern Time and there will be a pre-show at 7PM. The Live Opening Show is going to take place in front of a live studio audience at the Culver Studios in Los Angeles. The show is executive produced by Daniel Kellison and Joel Gallen.
