ZocDoc, the company that lets you schedule in-network doctor appointments, is raising a new round of funding. This round of funding is believed to hit around $152 million at a $1.6 billion valuation, according to a Delaware Certificate of Corporation filing found by Fortune.
ZocDoc announced that its users had booked 1,000 different types of appointments for physicals, psychiatric evaluations, and marriage counseling sessions.
It is rumored that Aetna attempted to acquire ZocDoc for over $300 million last year, but the founders turned down that offer. ZocDoc has raised almost $100 million thus far.
