(NYSE: MDC) – one of the nation’s leading homebuilders – announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
