Enterprise Document Creation Company Templafy Raises $25 Million Led By Insight Partners

Templafy — a Copenhagen, Denmark-based enterprise document creation and automation company — announced it closed $25 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners to accelerate its international growth. Dawn Capital, Seed Capital, and Damgaard Company also joined the round. Including this round of funding, Templafy has raised a total of nearly $70 million.

Over the past year, Templafy more than doubled its revenue and has now sold over 2 million Templafy licenses worldwide.

And as part of its international growth strategy, Templafy recently expanded its footprint in New York City as it moved into the One World Trade Center. And the company also made its first US-based C-suite hire with the appointment of Greg Sheppard (formerly of TravelClick) to the role of chief revenue officer in order to oversee Templafy’s rapid expansion in the North American market.
