I bet the partners at Sequoia are bouncing off walls today. Based on Sequoia owning an estimated 1/3 equity in YouTube, they made $550 million on today’s acquisition. It’s good to be a VC at times like this. I am sure Sequoia is eager to invest in even more tech startups now.
