Connexus Corporation Has Acquired AdModus’ Advertisement Technologies

Today, Connexus Corporation[1] announced that they have acquired the technology assets of AdModus. AdModus[2] is a developer of advertising technology. AdModus is a company that created a platform to help publishers manager their media inventory.
“Acquiring AdModus’ impressive ad serving technology is consistent with our goal of achieving and maintaining market leadership by investing in and building strategically important technologies,” stated Calvin Lui, COO of Connexus. “The addition of AdModus’ technology provides a compelling platform with rich and broad optimization capabilities. Now we can leapfrog the competition in terms of maximizing results for advertisers and publishers online.”
The financial details were not disclosed. Connexus also provides similar solutions as AdModus and is lead by CEO, Art Shaw. Shaw helped Charles Schwab launched www.schwab.com[3] and helped the website grow to $1 billion in revenue.
