The nice thing about an iMac is that you rarely have a desktop tower needed to hide away under a desk.  The monitor actually contains the computer parts within.  However hiding your USB flash disks and hard drives is difficult… until now.  Twelve South has created a product that acts as a backpack for your iMac.  Hence the name BackPack.

The BackPack is 0.95×7 inches and weighs half a lb.  It can hold up to 5 lbs. too.  The BackPack slides onto the L-shape desk stand on iMacs and Apple Cinema Displays.  The BackPack also has ventilation so that your external hard drive doesn’t overheat.  The BackPack costs $29.99.
