Albumatic Photo Sharing App To Raise $4.5 Million

Albumatic is a photo-sharing app that was launched by Devon Gundry and Adam Ludwin. Albumatic is raising $4.5 million in a round of funding according to an SEC filing.

Ludwin is known for being a co-founder and principal of RRE Ventures.  Devon Gundry and RRE managing partner Stuart Ellman was also named in the filing.

The Albumatic app was launched around 3 weeks ago. Around 10 unnamed investors already invested in the offering.  Of the $4.5 million total offering, around $4,045,002 worth of equity has been sold so far.

Albumatic lets you start albums and add photos for your friends to see.  Once you start an album, you can add friends to put their photos into it.  Friends that are nearby will be notified and can watch the album too.
