Casio TRYX Digital Camera Is Only 0.59″ Thick

The Casio TRYX digital camera is only 0.59-inches thick and it has a swiveling 3-inch TFT LCD. It can be rotated 270 degrees and the frame of the camera can be rotated 360-degrees. This way the body of the camera can also be used as a tripod. The TRYX uses the Casio Exilim Engine HS. The camera is able to shoot slow motion video with a speed of up to 240fps. The lens is a 21mm wide-angle unit with high-speed SR zoom technology. The TRYX has a 1.5x single frame zoom and 2x SR zoom. The TRYX has a 12.1 megapixel resolution and it can record movies in MOV, H.264, and other formats that go up to 1080p. The pictures and videos are stored on SD cards. Casio G’zOne Ravine Arriving On Verizon Soon

The Casio G’zOne Ravine phone will be hitting Verizon Wireless very soon. The G’zOne has a 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash, noise cancellation, VZ Navigator support, and MIL-STD-810G compliance. This means that the phone can resist water, shock, vibration, dust, salt fog, high and low temperatures. The phone will be coming soon at a price of $149.99 with a $50 rebate and two year contract. Casio Unleashes Prizm Graphic Calculator and It Has A High-Res Color Screen

Casion has announced the Prizm graphing calculator and it has a 3.7-inch high-resolution color screen with a 384×216 display. Casio said that equations and text will appear just like they do in textbooks. The calculator has USB connection, 16MB of flash memory, and 140 hours of battery life. Casio Unleashing Exilim EX-H20G and EX-Z16 This November

Casio has just announced the first camera with a Hybrid GPS. This means that the camera can geotag photos and videos indoors and outdoors. The Exilim EX-H20G (above) has a 14.1 megapixel sensor, SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot, 10x optical zoomed, ISO range of 80-3200, 3-inch rear LCD, CCD-shif image stabilization, 720p movie recording, and HDMI output. The rear screen can also show the user’s current position on a map. The EX-H20G will be in stores this November and will retail for $349.99.

Casio Releases EXILIM Card EX-S200 and EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z800

Casio has released two new digital cameras. The Casio EXILIM Card EX-S200 and the ZOOM EX-Z800 models have a compact and stylish body design. The EXILIM Engine 5.0 and a Single Frame SR Zoom is integrated in both models. “We are very proud of the continuous advancements that are made in our Exilim digital camera line,” stated Casio America Inc. Senior General Manager of the Digital Imaging Division Toshi Iguchi. “Their slim and stylish features are a wonderful compliment to the beautiful photos they produce.” The Casio EX-S200 measures 0.6 inches, has a 27mm wide-angle view, sports a 14.1 megapixel resolution, and has a 4x optical zoom lens. Casio has announced two new cameras in their EXILIM line of products. Both of them are quite affordable, at a price of $120 and $180. The $120 camera is the EX-Z33 and the $180 camera is the EX-Z280.

Casio EXILIM EX-Z2 Gets A Hello Kitty Branded Theme

This year is Hello Kitty’s 35th anniversary. The cartoon kitty was produced by Japanese company Sanrio and launched in Japan in 1974. The kitty was introduced in the U.S. two years later. Now a Hello Kitty branded camera will be introduced in the form of a Casio Exilim EX-Z2. The Z2 is a 12.1 megapixel camera with a 2.7″ LCD and 3x optical zoom. The Hello Kitty-Casio package also includes a camera case, lanyard, and several other random girly stuff. The HK Casio camera is available for pre-order at a price of $500.

Casio EXILIM and Motorola Rival A455 Now On Verizon Network


Verizon Wireless has recently announced that they are now selling the Casio EXILIM and Motorola Rival A455 mobile phones on their network. The Casio EXILIM is a claimshell phone with 180-degree rotating QVGA display and 5.1 megapixel camera. The EXILIM is $279.99 with a 2 year contract and $50 rebate.
The Motorola Rival A455 has a QWERTY keyboard and a sliding display. The screen display has a 176×220 resolution and 2 megapixel camera. There can be flash memory space can be expanded using microSD. The A455 is available in a tin color and purple. The Rival costs $99.99 with a 2 year agreement.

Casio Exilim EX-FS10 Has Only Decent Features, But At Least Price Drops To $300

The Casio Exilim EX-FS10 is 16.3mm thick, has 9 megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom, and a 2.5″ LCD screen. Slow motion video can be recorded at 1000fps and there is HD movie recording at 1280×720 pixels. The camera comes in blue, red, gray, and white colors.
Some of the features that the camera lacks is optical image stablization and high image quality. The slow motion and HD video recording doesn’t look that great when zooming into your target. Fortunately the price has dipped as it was expected to be around $400. The camera can be picked up for about $300 from PhotographyBLOG.

Casio EXILIM Zoom EX-Z29 Has 10.1 Megapixels, Retails For $150

Casio has announced the EX-Z29, due in April for $149. This model is an improvement from Z9. The Z9 had 8 megapixels and this model has 10.1. The LCD size in the Z9 was 2.6″ and this LCD size in the EX-Z29 is 2.7″. It comes with 3X optical zoom, 23 “Best Shot” modes, face detection, and YouTube video capture mode.
