Paul Allen Does Not Give Up Lawsuit Against Apple, Google, Facebook, Etc.
Back in August 2010 Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) co-founder Paul Allen filed a lawsuit against Google, Facebook, Apple, eBay, Yahoo!, AOL, Netflix, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, and YouTube over patent infringement. In December 2010, Allen’s case was thrown out by a federal judge in Seattle. U.S. District Court Judge Marsha Pechman had told Allen that he had until December 28th to file an amended lawsuit because it was too vague.

Office Depot Selling The ViewSonic G Tablet For $399
Office Depot is selling the ViewSonic G tablet powered by the Android 2.2 operating system. It has an Nvidia Tegra 2 processor and 1080p video playback. The 10-inch screen has a 1024×600 resolution. Full press release below:

Google, Apple, and Other Tech Companies Respond To Paul Allen’s Lawsuit
Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG), Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL), eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY), AOL, Inc. (NYSE:AOL), Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX), Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE:ODP), Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLS), Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), and Facebook all got together to fight back against the lawsuit that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) co-founder Paul Allen filed against them. Google led the response team by saying that the lawsuit does not back up its claims that they are violating approaches that were pioneered by Interval Research, a defunct incubator company that was financed by Allen.
