10 Federal Names Geoff Hayth As President, Beau Agnello As COO, And Brian Oakley As CTO

10 Federal has formalized its executive leadership team as the technology-driven self-storage operator prepares for an accelerated phase of growth across acquisitions, third-party management and adjacent asset classes.

Geoff Hayth has been named President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, Beau Agnello has joined as Chief Operating Officer and Brian Oakley has been promoted from Vice President of Technology to Chief Technology Officer.

All three appointments became effective September 28, 2026.

The executives join Chief AI Officer Christopher Taylor, who was appointed in April, and will report to Co-CEOs Brad and Cliff Minsley.

Hayth will also continue serving as President of DaVinci Lock, an access-control platform founded by 10 Federal.

He has led DaVinci Lock since 2022 and previously spent eight years at Extra Space Storage, most recently as Director of Operations.

DaVinci Lock’s platform is now used in one out of every six storage facilities nationwide.

As President and CXO of 10 Federal, Hayth will lead the executive team and oversee the customer experience across the company’s platform.

Agnello brings more than 14 years of self-storage operating experience.

He joins from Go Store It Self Storage, where he served as COO as the company grew from roughly 100 operating properties to more than 200 across 27 states.

That period included Go Store It’s 2024 merger with Snapbox Self Storage, which combined more than 10 million square feet under a single platform.

Agnello previously worked at Extra Space Storage, rising to Division Vice President and overseeing approximately 170 properties representing 11 million square feet across Texas and Oklahoma.

At 10 Federal, he will oversee operations and marketing for the company’s automated self-storage portfolio and third-party management business.

Oakley has led 10 Federal’s technology organization since 2023.

Before joining the company, he served as Vice President of Technology at Realterm, where he led enterprise technology strategy and a digital transformation as assets under management increased from approximately $1 billion to $12 billion.

Oakley previously held technology, data architecture and quantitative roles at T. Rowe Price and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

10 Federal currently operates 131 managed properties across 15 states.

Recent expansion has included opening new facilities in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and Lake Worth, Texas, acquiring three facilities in Azle and Springtown, Texas, representing more than 2,600 units and 375,000 net rentable square feet, and entering retail real estate through its acquisition of Eric Lane Shopping Center in Burlington, North Carolina.

KEY QUOTES:

“Geoff has been part of 10 Federal’s story for years, as a board member, as the leader who built DaVinci Lock into a platform used across the industry, and as one of the clearest thinkers we know on what customers actually want from a storage experience. The timing is intentional. We are entering a phase of tremendous growth, and we need the right people in the right seats ahead of what is to come. With Geoff, Beau, Brian and Chris in place, we have them. Cliff and I are taking a more active role in the company’s day-to-day operations because we believe the next few years are the most important in this company’s history, and we want to be on the field for them.”

Brad Minsley, Co-CEO of 10 Federal

“We built an industry leading operating platform, and we are primed and ready to grow quickly as we enter this next phase. I worked alongside Beau at Extra Space, and I know exactly how capable he is as both an operator and a leader. He isn’t joining 10 Federal to maintain what we’ve built. He’s joining to multiply it. Pairing him with Brian, who built the technology foundation this company runs on, and Chris, who is building what comes next, gives us a leadership team that can carry this platform a long way.”

Geoff Hayth, President and Chief Customer Experience Officer of 10 Federal

“Most operators say their people are the key to their success, but very few use technology to actually put their best people in front of the customer every time. 10 Federal is the exception. The automation here isn’t a pilot program, it’s business. My job is to take that platform and scale it, and I don’t think there is a better place in self-storage to do that right now.”

Beau Agnello, Chief Operating Officer of 10 Federal

“Every product and platform decision we make gets measured against three things: does it improve the customer experience, does it make the operation more efficient, and does it create greater value for our investors? We believe the best technology should accomplish all three. My job as CTO is to make sure that remains true as we grow.”

Brian Oakley, Chief Technology Officer of 10 Federal
