11:11 Systems has acquired Ntirety, a managed and professional IT services firm, as it continues to expand its managed infrastructure platform and VMware-focused cloud capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal comes as Broadcom’s changes to the VMware Cloud Service Provider ecosystem have reduced the number of authorized VMware partners, prompting former providers to pursue new partnerships, migrate platforms, or consolidate with existing VCSPs to maintain customer access to VMware cloud infrastructure. 11:11 said it has been working with former VCSPs to support secure, compliant cloud services and identify transition paths for customers.
Ntirety brings a global VMware business and in-house expertise to 11:11’s cloud platform, according to the companies. 11:11 highlighted that it has acquired five VMware-based businesses over the past three years—iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, and Faction—to build operational scale and commercial capabilities in the segment.
Broadcom said its VCSP optimization strategy includes concentrating investment among core partners with strong competencies, citing 11:11’s global footprint, VMware expertise, customer base, and cloud, connectivity, and security offerings.
Support: Cooley LLP served as legal advisor to 11:11 Systems. Houlihan Lokey was exclusive financial advisor to Ntirety, and Foley & Lardner LLP served as Ntirety’s legal advisor.
