11:11 Systems Acquires Select IBM VMware Cloud Service Provider Enterprise Customers

11:11 Systems completed the acquisition of select IBM VMware Cloud Service Provider enterprise customers, marking its eighth VMware-related transaction.

The transaction further expands 11:11 Systems’ position as a large privately held global VMware Cloud Service Provider partner.

11:11 said the acquisition expands its customer reach across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, and South America.

The company provides cloud infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity resilience, and recovery services designed to support enterprise applications and data.

It expects the acquired relationships to strengthen its ability to support complex infrastructure migrations as businesses modernize workloads and adopt containers, private AI, and newer cloud architectures.

The deal follows changes to Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Service Provider program, which has increased the importance of larger partners capable of supporting enterprise-scale VMware environments.

11:11 Systems currently serves more than 6,000 customers.

Its previous VMware-related acquisitions include iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, Faction, Ntirety, and Digital Sense.

The IBM customer acquisition represents 11:11’s eighth purchase involving a VMware CSP business and its eleventh acquisition overall.
