17Capital Reveals Leadership Changes

17Capital, a private credit manager specializing in NAV finance for the private equity industry, announced the promotions of Investment team members Dane Graham and Greg Hardiman to Partner and Michael Timms to Managing Director.

Dane Graham

Dane Graham is a Partner and heads the U.S. office from the firm’s New York headquarters. Since joining 17Capital, he utilized an extensive network of relationships across counterparties and intermediaries to further expand 17Capital’s transaction opportunity set. And he joined the firm in 2022 and holds over 21 years of financial services experience, having previously served as Managing Director at both RBC Capital Markets and Citigroup. Dane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Accountancy from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

Greg Hardiman

Greg Hardiman is a Partner and is based in New York. Since joining the firm in 2019, Greg has helped execute a broad range of investments representing over $3bn in capital. Greg has nearly 15 years of financial services experience, having previously held roles at Conning and Man Group. Gregory holds a BA in Management from Villanova University and an MBA from Colombia Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Michael Timms

Michael Timms is a Managing Director at 17Capital, based in San Francisco. And Timms is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments. Timms joined 17Capital in 2021 and holds over 15 years of financial services experience, having previously held roles at Wells Fargo, first in Fixed Income Sales and then in the Financial Institutions Group. He has started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent four years in Equity Sales. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
