1mind Launched With $40 Million To Advance AI-Led Sales With Emotionally Intelligent Digital Superhumans

1mind announced its public launch with a total of $40 million in funding, including a recently closed $30 million Series A round led by Battery Ventures with participation from Primary Ventures, Wing Venture Capital, Operator Collective, Harmonic Growth Partners, Success Venture Partners, and executives from Monday.com, ZoomInfo, Databricks, Box, Gong, Braz,e and Verkada. The company, founded by Amanda Kahlow, is introducing an AI-led growth model that uses digital Superhumans to guide buyers across the entire customer journey.

The company will utilize the new capital to expand its technology organization and scale its approach to the go-to-market strategy. 1mind is already in the market and working with more than 45 companies, including HubSpot, Nutanix, Coupa, ZoomInfo, Owner, Mews, Boston Dynamics, Seismic, ThoughtSpot, New Relic, Pavilion, and Tealium.

The company’s Superhumans are designed to provide highly skilled digital teammates capable of delivering human-like presence, real-time responsiveness, and deep product and customer understanding. They offer a unified customer journey that can handle tasks from qualification through onboarding, eliminating slow handoffs and reducing reliance on human headcount.

In the current environment, buyers expect instant and accurate engagement; yet, many organizations remain hindered by fragmented workflows and cost-intensive sales models. Research cited by the company notes that 78% of buyers purchase from the first company to respond, and conversion rates increase significantly when engagement happens within the first minute. 1mind’s AILG model aims to help organizations meet these expectations by enabling sales teams to scale efficiency without compromising buyer experience.

Depending on complexity, Superhumans can independently manage the full sales motion or coordinate handoffs to human sales professionals. Customers have reported increased conversion rates, faster sales cycles, and higher annual contract values.

The funding will also support continued development under Kahlow’s leadership, alongside CTO Sachin Bhat, who previously co-founded a startup acquired by Rippling and led engineering and data infrastructure functions for product lines with more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue.

HubSpot is among the organizations already expanding usage of its 1mind Superhuman, Fiona, which has delivered higher engagement, more trial activations, and increased conversion to closed-won deals. Other customers are reporting improvements in conversions, shorter deal cycles, and a significant impact on their pipeline.
