360training has acquired select assets comprising seven specialized compliance training brands, expanding its portfolio across healthcare, workplace safety, food handling, hazardous materials, forklift operations, defensive driving, and transportation-related education.
The acquired brands are American Health Training, National OSHA Foundation, National Food Handlers Foundation, National Forklift Foundation, National HAZWOPER Foundation, Defensive Driving Foundation, and National Health Training.
The acquisition adds 57 courses to 360training’s existing catalog of more than 4,000 courses.
The businesses operate in regulated markets where employees and employers frequently face recurring training and recertification requirements. That recurring demand fits 360training’s strategy of building long-term relationships with learners rather than relying solely on one-time course purchases.
The company has issued more than 21 million training certificates to more than 12.5 million learners across its portfolio of brands.
360training is backed by GreyLion and Vestar Capital Partners and continues to pursue acquisitions that expand its presence across regulated training markets.
