The deal brings together two specialist firms with deep expertise in chemical management, product stewardship, sustainability, and regulatory intelligence.
Headquartered in the UK with operations in Germany, Canada, Türkiye, and Japan, Yordas serves global brands through scientific services, regulatory intelligence, product compliance, and hazard communication. By integrating Yordas, 3E gains broader global regulatory coverage, a larger bench of chemical and regulatory experts, and enhanced content to power its AI‑led compliance platform.
A key strategic benefit of the acquisition is the addition of end‑to‑end REACH registration services. With Yordas on board, 3E can now support manufacturers and importers across EU REACH, UK REACH, and other regimes including Korea REACH, Türkiye KKDIK, China REACH/MEE Order No. 12, Ukraine REACH, and Taiwan TCCSCA. Yordas brings more than a decade of experience managing registrations for over 100 multinational companies, covering strategy, route selection, dossier development, data sharing, and engagement with regulators such as ECHA under ISO‑certified processes.
The transaction also deepens 3E’s reach into industries such as cosmetics, automotive, and polymers, alongside its core chemicals and manufacturing base.
