3Shape announced the appointment of Stefan Kratzer as Chief Financial Officer effective May 5, 2026. Kratzer joins the company’s Senior Leadership Team and will report directly to CEO Jacob Paulsen.
In the role, Kratzer will lead 3Shape’s global Finance and IT organization while also overseeing 3Shape Audio and 3Shape Ukraine operations.
The company said Kratzer brings extensive international experience across financial leadership, corporate strategy, and business transformation within global innovation-driven industries.
3Shape said the appointment supports the company’s next phase of growth and strategic development as it continues expanding its digital dentistry and healthcare technology platform.
Kratzer succeeds Kristian Krag, who is stepping down from the CFO role following a transition period. The company said Krag played an important role in strengthening 3Shape’s financial foundation and supporting organizational development during his tenure.
3Shape develops digital scanning and software technologies used in dentistry and orthodontics globally.
