3V Infrastructure, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure investor, owner, and operator backed by GDEV Management, announced the appointment of Nicole Johnson as Chief Financial Officer as the company continues expanding its EV charging footprint across multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and other long-dwell property categories.

In her new role, Johnson will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations while supporting the scaling of product offerings, charger deployments, and customer growth initiatives. The company said the appointment is aimed at helping accelerate long-term value creation as demand for EV charging infrastructure continues to grow.

Johnson previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Carbon America, where she helped guide the company through its early growth stages, secured government funding, and established financial systems. Before that, she held senior leadership positions in the energy sector focused on financial strategy, strategic initiatives, and complex transactions. She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

3V Infrastructure works with national multifamily portfolios and other commercial real estate property owners to provide Level 2 EV charging solutions without requiring customers to take on upfront deployment costs or operational burdens. The company said its platform is designed to help property owners increase tenant satisfaction, improve property value, and support broader EV adoption.

The company is backed by GDEV Management and focuses on deploying EV charging infrastructure across commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.
