3WIN Corp. has acquired Alchemist Filling Machines, expanding its capabilities in cannabis production technology and strengthening its end-to-end solutions platform.
Based in Tempe, Arizona, 3WIN Corp. is a global distributor of CCELL vape hardware and a provider of technology and logistics solutions to the cannabis industry. The acquisition brings Alchemist’s patent-protected filling equipment into 3WIN’s portfolio, which already includes distribution, warehousing, branding, customization, and device development services.
Alchemist Filling Machines will continue operating alongside 3WIN’s broader suite of offerings, supporting cannabis operators with more integrated production and hardware solutions. As part of the deal, Alchemist founder Anthony Hamilton will join 3WIN to help guide integration efforts and scale the business.
The transaction is expected to enhance 3WIN’s ability to deliver comprehensive production solutions to cannabis brands, while expanding manufacturing capacity and improving efficiency for operators globally.
