Chinese artificial intelligence company 4Paradigm announced it raised $230 million in series C+ funding with a post-money valuation of nearly $2 billion, according to China Money Network. Sequoia Capital is the company’s largest external shareholder following this deal.

With this round of funding, it further strengthens the company’s shareholder list by bringing new strategic investors onboard like Cisco and Lenovo. And through these partnerships, it will provide a more solid foundation for the company to build an AI-based enterprise-level ecosystem.
