Before joining A.Y. Strauss, Bob was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. And he built a career with decades of litigation experience as lead counsel in significant trials and appeals in state and federal courts nationwide. After retiring in 2020, he is enthusiastic about resuming his legal practice.
Robert has an extensive track record representing Fortune 500 Companies in complex bet the company cases across the country. He has handled cases involving SEC investigations, securities disputes, and precedent-setting matters arising in the context of complex financial transactions.
