Aatmunn Secures Up To $8 Million Growth Investment From Memento Growth Partners To Scale SPANR

Aatmunn has secured up to $8 million in growth investment from Memento Growth Partners to accelerate adoption of SPANR, its intelligence platform for industrial operations.

SPANR is designed as a unified data layer for industrial frontline environments, connecting information from different manufacturers and systems so operators can work from a common operational view. The platform aims to reduce fragmentation caused by multiple control, safety, and maintenance systems.

Aatmunn said SPANR is used across industrial environments, including manufacturing, construction, energy, and related sectors. The product is positioned as an intelligence layer that consolidates data, improves visibility, and supports AI-driven workflows for frontline teams.

The growth capital will fund sales, marketing, and R&D while accelerating customer deployments. Aatmunn said it has built a base of blue-chip customers and plans to use the financing to move more quickly into additional facilities and use cases.

Memento Growth Partners focuses on software growth investments and said Aatmunn’s product addresses the challenge of disconnected operational systems in industrial environments. The investment gives Aatmunn additional resources to scale SPANR while maintaining its focus on integrating with the systems customers already use.

Taken together, the financing gives Aatmunn additional resources to execute the growth, product, commercial, or balance-sheet initiatives described in the announcement. Management is using the new capital to deepen the company’s existing strategy rather than shift to an unrelated business model. The transaction also provides additional financial flexibility as the organization expands its customer base, product capabilities, geographic reach, or operating capacity.
