ABB has extended its long-standing Digital Workplace Services agreement with Wipro, continuing a multi-year relationship supporting ABB’s global operations. Financial terms and the duration of the renewed agreement were not disclosed.
Under the renewed engagement, Wipro will continue providing end-to-end AI-enabled workplace services while introducing additional automation, AI-powered support, and workplace modernization capabilities.
The engagement uses Wipro Intelligence, the company’s unified suite of AI platforms and solutions, along with Wipro AI Live Workspace and its Digital Workplace Services offerings.
The services will be operationalized through WINGS, Wipro’s AI-powered operations delivery platform, while SmartOps will provide AIOps capabilities intended to create more autonomous and predictive workplace services.
Planned capabilities include generative AI-powered self-service, virtual agents, automated remediation, and AI-assisted dispatch.
Wipro will also use telemetry and usage insights to optimize device lifecycle management and strengthen endpoint security operations while supporting ABB’s broader digital transformation and sustainability objectives.
The expanded engagement continues a relationship between the companies that has developed over multiple years and reinforces Wipro’s presence in industrial and manufacturing technology services.
Wipro noted that the deal had previously been included in its April 16, 2026 financial results announcement for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
