The acquisition is designed to expand ASL’s outsourced finance and accounting offerings for both current and future clients.
Founded in 2008, ArightCo provides finance, accounting, and strategic advisory services for businesses across the technology, SaaS, IT, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. The company’s services range from day-to-day bookkeeping to CFO- and executive-level financial support. ArightCo operates as an embedded extension of client organizations, handling accounting operations, coordinating with third parties, responding to communications, and resolving financial management issues.
ASL said the acquisition will strengthen its client accounting services platform and broaden the depth of support available to businesses seeking scalable financial operations and advisory expertise.
Founded in 1977, ASL provides tax planning and compliance, assurance and accounting, estate and gift tax planning, litigation support, succession planning, and valuation services. The firm works with emerging and middle-market privately held companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals including founders, owners, and executives. ASL also maintains industry expertise across sectors including real estate, construction, technology, international business, manufacturing and distribution, nonprofit organizations, and renewable energy.
