Abich Financial Services has announced a new partnership with Liberty University Athletics, becoming the official financial advisor for the program. The collaboration strengthens ties between the firm and the university, while supporting a broad range of Liberty’s athletic initiatives.
The partnership carries personal significance for founder Abe Abich, who attended Liberty University and played for the Liberty Flames baseball team during the 1998 season. During his time as a right-handed pitcher, Abich made ten appearances and contributed to a season that included a Big South Championship and an NCAA Regional appearance.
As part of the agreement, Abich Financial Services branding will be prominently displayed at Liberty Flames home games, including along the first and third base foul lines. The firm will also gain exposure across multiple sports programs, including football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and softball.
The collaboration includes a range of marketing and engagement initiatives, such as game announcements, videoboard placements, LED ribbon boards, and integrations across televised and streamed events. Abich Financial will also participate in Liberty Flames Sports Network broadcasts, digital promotions, podcasts, and select campus events.
Founded in 2008, Abich Financial Services has supported more than 1,200 families in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with retirement planning and comprehensive financial services. The firm has also earned recognition as a Best of Loudoun winner for seven consecutive years.
KEY QUOTE:
“Liberty Baseball helped shape my discipline, work ethic, and leadership. To return and support the program while seeing our company represented on the field where I once played is meaningful. We are proud to support Liberty Athletics and invest in the next generation of student athletes.”
