Accenture has acquired Keepler Data Tech in a move to strengthen its artificial intelligence and data capabilities in Spain and across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The transaction is part of Accenture’s broader strategy to expand its AI-driven services and help clients transform core business processes using advanced data foundations.
Founded in 2018, Keepler specializes in end-to-end AI and data solutions, including data strategy development, cloud-native architecture, advanced analytics, generative AI, and agentic AI systems. The company focuses on embedding intelligence into enterprise operations while maintaining strong standards in ethics, compliance, and observability. Its approach also emphasizes DataOps and MLOps at scale to enable organizations to modernize infrastructure and operationalize AI effectively.
More than 240 professionals from Keepler, including data scientists, engineers, and architects, will join Accenture. The team, which operates across Madrid, London, and Lisbon, is expected to enhance Accenture’s ability to deliver scalable AI solutions and accelerate client adoption of advanced technologies.
The acquisition aligns with Accenture’s ongoing investment strategy in AI, following a series of recent deals aimed at expanding its capabilities in areas such as data engineering, generative AI, and enterprise analytics. Financial terms of the transaction, including the stake acquired from private equity firm DTCP, were not disclosed.
